The purpose is to help you find a way to lose weight and get fit that fits you—your unique body and your real life—and then stay motivated and focused on your goals.
One and Done: That means that all who join are going to change their lifestyle—for good—to get to the weight and fitness level they want for the rest of their lives. There will be no more weight loss resolutions next year, because you're going to do this one more time and then you're done for the rest of your life. You'll have a lifestyle that allows you to maintain your healthy body.
